Ordering: Ordering is easy and secure when using our online shopping cart. You can order online 24 hours a day 7 days a week. You can also order by mail, just follow the instructions below for check or money orders.
Payments Accepted: We accept all major credit cards via PayPal.com. Paypal is a secure way to use your credit card online - recent changes allow for customers to checkout using paypal without establishing an account. You'll find it quick and easy, but most of all - completely secure!
Check or Money Orders If for some reason you do not wish to use our secure and reliable Paypal checkout process, please contact us via e-mail at: southerngrace@earthlink.net and we will provide you with instructions for payment. We will only accept checks or money orders with prior arrangement. In most cases, should you pay via check, your 2 week window for processing will begin once your funds have cleared your bank. Please remember to add on applicable shipping fees.

Shipping Methods: We ship UPS for all packages. Our shipping charges are listed below and will be calculated by our shopping cart automatically as you check-out. If you are facing a tight deadline, please contact us for fees on available expedited shipping options and the associated fees.
Shipping and Handling Fees:
$1 to $24.99 - $4.20
$25.00 to $49.99 - $5.50
$50.00 and above - $6.50
Local Spring Texas Customers:
If you live in the Spring area you can select "pick up" in the delivery method drop down box upon checkout , to avoid having shipping charges added to your total. You are responsible for making pick up arrangements with us and are agreeing to meet at a mutually convenient time and location when doing so. If you do not live in this area please DO NOT select this delivery method as it will only delay or prevent shipment of your order.
Processing and Delivery Time: Please be advised that all of our items are custom made to order using your specifications and therefore require a 2 week period to complete. Following the 2 week processing/completion window please be sure to allow for the appropriate mailing time. During times when we are experiencing a high volume of orders and our processing time is delayed, we will post the current turnaround time on our Home Page. Please allow 4 - 5 days for your items to arrive once they have been shipped. Overnight shipping is available at a higher fee, please contact us if this is a desired shipping option.
Refunds/Exchanges: As our products are custom made to your specifications, we do not allow for refunds or exchanges. In the event that we have made an error in your final product we will, however, take all steps necessary to correct the situation. PLEASE be extra careful in filling out your personalization fields as we can not be responsible for typos. In most cases you will be contacted via e-mail to verify your selection(s) but this may not always happen - especially when we are experiencing high order volumes.
